We use submitted information to review and coordinate transportation requests, communicate confirmations and reminders (with your consent for text messages), respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, and operate and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Protected health information

Where our services involve protected health information in connection with covered healthcare partners, we handle that information under applicable privacy and security requirements and any business-associate agreements in place. Sensitive details should be exchanged through secure, access-controlled channels — not standard web forms, email subject lines or text messages.

Sharing

Information is shared only with those who need it to coordinate your trip (for example, the assigned driver receives the minimum necessary details) and with service providers who support our operations under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.

Retention & security

We retain records only as long as operationally and legally necessary and apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access and secure backups.
