Wheelchair-Van Driver

Accessible transportation with trained securement and patient assistance on every trip.

Coordinate daily trips, communicate with drivers and riders, and keep the schedule running on time.

Transportation Coordinator

Review requests, confirm trips, manage authorizations and support riders and facilities.

Operations Staff

Fleet, compliance and back-office support for a growing transportation operation.

Facility Account Representative

Build and support partnerships with hospitals, facilities and case-management teams.

Driver requirements

Requirements are configurable to verified company policy and Ohio requirements. Owner: confirm each item (including any bonding requirement) before publishing

Minimum age required by law and company policy
Valid driver's license
Required driving experience
Acceptable motor-vehicle record
Background check & drug screening
Physical/medical fitness documentation when legally required
CPR & first-aid certification when required
Defensive-driving training

Passenger-assistance & wheelchair-securement training (as applicable)
Ability to pass company training
Reliable attendance & professional communication
Smartphone / dispatch-app proficiency
Accurate trip documentation
Ability to assist passengers within approved physical requirements
Weekend or flexible availability when applicable
